Since all the respondents are represented through the State counsel, issuance of notice stands dispensed with. Let reply be filed within a period of six weeks. Also heard on I.A. No. 1, which is an application for grant of interim relief.

Considering the facts that petitioner is serving in the department since 1983 and she has been receiving the benefits of increment and other benefits since 1983 onwards. Moreover, at the time of her appointment, department had made an endorsement that she is not required to clear the typing examination. Prima facie, a strong case for grant of interim relief has been made out. Accordingly, it is ordered that no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondent pursuant to the notings of the Joint Director, Account, Treasury & Pension Department dated 29.01.2019 in the service book of the petitioner.

Ms. Sunita Jain, Government Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed/listed for correction in the cause title in the order sheet dated 28.06.2019. The error seems to be clerical on the hands of one who has typed the order sheet.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present MCC stands allowed.

The Office is directed to ensure that the order sheet dated 28.06.2019 in which cause title has been incorrectly reflected is corrected. Taking into consideration the name of the parties as per cause title in the original writ petition i.e., WPS No. 4755 of 2019. The present MCC, accordingly stands allowed and disposed off.
