1. This is the fourth bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of CrPC for grant of bail, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.314/2018, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Ambikapur, District Surguja C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC.

2. The earlier three bail applications of the applicant have been dismissed on merits. Applicant caused injury to complainant Pitamber Minz by means of crowbar resulting in amputation of his left hand from the elbow.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail and would submit that weapon of offence has also been recovered at the instance of the applicant.

4. In view of the above, no case for grant of bail to the applicant is made out.
