1. This petition has been brought for praying for issuance of an appropriate writ.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial against the petitioner is pending before the Court of A.S.J., Raipur in Sessions Trial no. 91/2019 for prosecution in offence under Section 304(B)/34 of I.P.C.
3. The investigating officer has not produced the report of hand writing expert with respect to the suicide note left by the deceased in which the defence of the petitioner is placed. Therefore, the direction be issued.
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection if any direction is issued in this respect.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with this direction to the trial Court to pursue the matter for production of report of handwriting expert with respect to the suicide note left by the deceased in reasonable time, before the completion of trial.
