The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking for a direction to respondent authorities to consider and decide her pending representation dated 08.06.2017 (Annexure P-2), which is still pending till this date.

The petitioner is working as Teacher (Panchayat) and posted at Government Middle School, Mukundpur, District Bilaspur. 3.
Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file fresh representation before
respondent No.2 for redressal of her grievances and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same within stipulated time. 4.
Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No.2 within 10 days from today. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, in that event respondent No.2 shall consider and decide such representation within a further period of 60 days from the date of filing of such representation along with copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
