The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 525/2015 registered in Police Station Durg, Distt. Durg (CG) for offence punishable under section 420 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case the applicant projected himself to be the member of Art of Living connected with NGO and asked people if people deposits hand written Bhagwatgeeta and other religious books Mahatamya Sahitya then the people who deposits such hand written books would be paid differently. Subsequently, when the hand written books were deposited applicant could not pay the amount and assured that though he was not able to pay the amount job would be provided but job could not be provided and hence forgery is committed. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and charge sheet has been filed. She further

submits that since entire investigation is over, therefore no further investigation is required, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, taking into account gravity and nature of offence, charge sheet having been filed, applicant is in jail since 9/07/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
