Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 01/12/2015 Counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if at this stage the revision may be disposed of. However direction may be issued to the Family Court for deciding the main case itself expeditiously. He submits that the applicant will cooperate in the early disposal of the case.

Submission made by the counsel for the applicant appears to be reasonable. The present revision is disposed of directing the court below to decide the main case itself as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.
