The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 221/2015 registered in Police Station Pandri, Raipur District Raipur (C.G.). for offence punishable under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code & 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

As per the prosecution case the applicant in between period of 1/01/2015 to 13/09/2015 committed sodomy with the minor boy after showing him obscene video. Subsequently, when the physical pain was reported by the boy, entire fact came to the light. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the case and he has not committed any offence and the medical also do not support the case of the prosecution. Therefore,

learned counsel prays for release of the applicant on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

I have perused the statement of the minor boy aged about 13 years. Taking into account statement of the minor boy, this court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. Certified copy as per rules.
