1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has claimed for deciding the representation of his seniority / arrears before initial appointment which has not been decided.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner's representation for seniority has already been considered and decided vide Annexure R/1 dated 17.04.2014.

3. In that view of the matter, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to question order dated 17.04.2014 in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
