Ashok Dubey 07.10.2020 Today the case is listed on office reference for extension of time to dispose of Case No. 5812/2016 (Jaideep Kanda Vs. Ashok Dubey) PUD has been received from the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to dispose of Case No. 5812/2016 pending before that court.

The time frame of six months was fixed by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2020 passed in WP (227) No. 128 of 2020 for disposing of Case No. 5812/2016. It is mentioned in the PUD that because of present pandemic situation, the trial is withheld.

Considering on the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD.

Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further six months time is given for conclusion of the case mentioned hereinabove. The time given shall start from the date normal functioning of the court are restored.
