The present petition is for execution of an order of the Tahsildar whereby the land record have been directed to be corrected. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order passed by the Tahsildar on 29.08.2018, the Patwari is not following the same. 3.
The High Court cannot be made an executing Court for execution of the order of the Tahsildar. The petitioner as has been claimed that he has made an application to the Tahsildar on 29.04.2019, it is for the Tahsildar to follow its own order to get it executed. The Tahsildar, therefore, is directed to decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days and it is expected that the Tahsildar shall carry out its own order and will not allow the Patwari to overreach his order.
