This is second bail application.

Earlier application was rejected on merit vide order dated 08.09.2015 taking into consideration the totality of circumstances and submissions which are now being raised including age of the applicant, acquittal of other co-accused etc., therefore, no case is made out. 3.

The application is accordingly rejected, however, with the liberty as granted earlier.
