1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
2. Petitioner's application for grant of leave on parole has been rejected and in compliance of the order of this Court, learned District Magistrate has filed his affidavit stating that petitioner is required to furnish one surety afresh and in that event, his application for grant of parole would be considered suitably.
3. Mr. R.R. Soni, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that petitioner is ready and willing to furnish fresh surety if the time is granted to him.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.
5. Be that as it may, ten days' time is granted to the petitioner to furnish one surety afresh and upon that learned District Magistrate will consider his application for grant of leave on parole within further seven days.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
7. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Magistrate by e-mail/fax for needful and complaince.
