1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner has submitted her reply on the allegations, time and again, letters have been issued to her to submit reply.

2. It is submitted that vide memo dated 10.01.2017, the petitioner has again been asked to submit reply whereas according to the petitioner, she has already submitted her reply.

3. If it is the stand of the petitioner that whatever has been submitted in writing by the petitioner alone is her reply, the respondents would be at liberty to pass appropriate orders treating earlier written submission of the petitioner as her reply.
