Shri Majid Ali, Dy. Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2018 The present CRMP has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in MCRC No.4377 of 2018. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the crime number has been wrongly mentioned in the said order as 94/2017 whereas it ought to have been 132/2017. According to the counsel for the petitioner, 94/2017 in fact is the merg intimation number of the concerned Police Station and thereafter, crime number has been given as 132/2017. 3.

The reasons assigned in the application seems to be justified and the same has also been verified by the State counsel from the concerned Police Station and it has been ascertained that the crime number in which

the applicant is an accused is Crime No. 132/2017 registered at Police Station Rajpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 05.07.2018 passed in MCRC No. 4377 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that Crime Number in MCRC No. 4377 of 2018 has to be treated as "Crime No. 132/2017" in stead of Crime No. 94/2017.
