1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that at present, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider his representation against the transfer order.

2. Accordingly, without commencing on merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction that representation of the petitioner be considered by the authority in accordance with Clause -6 of the transfer policy dated 11 th June, 2016, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
