The petitioner who is a retrenched employee has claimed for regularization of service.

At the outset, it is found that the petitioner is a retrenched employee. The petitioner is no longer in service. Unless, there is reinstatement in service, claim of regularization is not maintainable. 3.

In this petition, the petitioner has not sought relief for reinstatement, but only prayed for regularization. The petition is therefore, dismissed.
