2. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue is covered by the order dated 23.6.2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.2305 of 2016. They would pray that this writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.
3. In view of the above joint statement made, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPS No.2305 of 2016 decided on 23.6.2016, with observations that if the Collector wages have been revised, the petitioners' case should also be considered and appropriate orders in their case should be passed by respondent No.4 for grant of appropriate wages, according to current rate of wages applicable to the category of employment, in which the petitioners are employed.
