This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.148/2015, registered at Police Station-Katghora, District-Korba (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 379/34 of the IPC and Sections 3 & 5 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984.

After dismissal of first bail application, I do not find any change in circumstance or new ground to entertain this second bail application. 3.
Consequently, the second bail application is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
