Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the Tahsildar, Ramanujganj is not deciding their application filed under Section 89 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 on 12.04.2018 for correction in the revenue records.

Be that as it may, the said authority is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' said application expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
