After hearing the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present revision petition is disposed of. The complaint under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C. is pending before

respondent No. 3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate Durg (City), District- Durg (C.G.).

As it is submitted that it is question of livelihood of the applicant, therefore, respondent No. 3 is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case pending before that court and conclude the same within a period of two months from date this order is communicated.
