1. By way of this writ petition, petition has questioned the order dated 22/03/2013 (Annexure P/1) by which petitioner's legal notice has been replied holding that he is not entitled for second
Kramonnati on the ground that either his ACR is not available or it is adverse, but no clear cut finding has been recorded.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.
3. Be that as it may, since petitioner's case for grant of second kramonnati has not been considered in accordance with law, matter is remitted to respondent No. 2 to consider petitioner's case in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional submission within two weeks from today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of. No cost(s).
