Agrawal Order On Board 30/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 19.06.2017 is not being complied with.

(2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) A perusal of the order dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure A-2) would show that the letter has been issued to the petitioner to comply the order subject to fulfillment of certain formalities.

(4) Be that as it may, Divisional Forest Officer, Koria is directed to comply with the order without any further delay expeditiously preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
