This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court by order dated 16.7.2015. 2.

The applicant has filed I.A.No.01/2015 for grant of ad-interim bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit engagement of daughter of the applicant is to be solemnized on 25th December, 2015 and marriage is to be solemnized on 28th January, 2016 and therefore, bail may kindly be granted to him for limited period, so he may participate in the engagement and marriage of his daughter.

On the other hand, learned State counsel would oppose the same. 5.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the documents filed relating to marriage of daughter of the applicant, I am inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant for the period as under:- "That, the applicant shall be released on bail by the

trial Court on temporary bail on his furnishing bail bond of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court on 24th December, 2015 and he shall surrender before the trial Court on 27th December, 2015 and thereafter, he shall again be released on bail by the trial Court on temporary bail on his furnishing bail bond of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court on 24th January, 2016 and he shall surrender before the trial Court on 30th January, 2016. 6.

Accordingly, I.A.No.01/2015 and bail application stand disposed of. 7.
