2. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant as he is in jail since 8.6.2020 in connection with Crime No.51/2020, registered at Police Station Sukma, District Sukma (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act, Section 8(3) of the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Jansuraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 & Sections 381 & 120B of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. with liberty to revive the same as an when occasion so arises.

4. Not opposed.

5. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
