(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.199/2014 registered at Police Station Kharora, Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 15.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5876/2014 .

(4) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that eight

material prosecution witnesses have been examined before the trial Court and they have not supported the case of prosecution and, as such, the applicant may be released on bail.

(5) On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

(6) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously. (7) Certified copy as per rules.
