1. The limited prayer that petitioner has, is for appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on account of death of his brother.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that is application is still pending consideration before the authorities and no final decision has been taken by the authorities concerned.

3. Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to take

-2appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
