1. The petitioner, who is a tribal, has filed this petition aggrieved by the order dated 15.11.2016 passed by the Board of Revenue affirming orders passed by the lower revenue Courts, whereby his application for grant of permission under Section 165 (6) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code for sale of his land to a non-tribal has been rejected.

2. This Court, in the case of same petitioner- Santosh Kumar Dhruv (WPC No.771 of 2017) and connected matter, involving identical issue as involved in this petition, has allowed the petition vide order dated 12.05.2017 with a direction for

-2re-consideration of petitioner's application by the respondent authority.
