1. Heard on application under Section 482 CrPC has been preferred praying modification of the order dated 23.8.2021 passed in MCRC No.6350/2021.

2. It is submitted by counsel for petitioner, that applicant had not prayed for the liberty as mentioned in the impugned order, therefore, the same may be deleted and applicant be granted liberty to file fresh application.

3. After perusing the impugned order, the prayer made in this application is allowed. "The liberty to revive the application after examination of prosecutrix" as mentioned in the order dated 23.8.2021 in MCRC No.6350/2021 shall not be read as it is hereinafter, instead of that it should be read as "liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh application".
