2. The applicants have preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they

are arrested in connection with crime No.00/2020, registered in Police Station Rajim, District Gariaband C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 41 (1+4) of the Cr.P.C. & Section 379, 411, 420 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the bail application has become infructuous.
