the petitioner has been framed on 13/01/2016 therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail charge in accordance with law and to seek other relief(s) as raised in this petition.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
