The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.28/2021 registered at Police Station Chalgali, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file afresh

MCRC No. 6627 of 2021 as and when occasion arises.

4. Permission granted.
