Mr. Anant Bajpai, Panel Lawyer, for the State. Apprehending arrest in connection with RC No/Crime No.15/2015 registered at Police Station Vanmandal Adhikari, General Forest Office, Raipur, for the offence punishable u/s 5, 11(2) of the Chhattisgarh Vanopaj (Vyapaar) Adhiniyam, 1969, the applicant has filed this application u/s 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been arrested, therefore, he do not press this petition. However, he prays that he may be given liberty to revive the prayer if the Crime Number do not tally with the arrest made.

Accordingly, this bail petition is dismissed as not pressed, with the aforesaid liberty.
