Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/04/2017 Heard on admission.

1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking redressal of his grievance limited only to a direction for expeditious disposal of his statutory appeal under Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Act, 1973 (in short "the Act").

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by a resolution and proceedings dated 17.7.2016 of the Association, an appeal available under the Act has been filed by the petitioner before the Registrar which has remained

-2pending for last five months, therefore, a direction be issued for decision of petitioner's appeal.

3. Considering the limited submission made before this Court, this petition need not be kept pending and is accordingly finally disposed off with a direction that the petitioner's appeal be decided by the authority as early as possible preferably within a period of three months subject to the condition that there is no other appeal filed prior to petitioner's appeal pending with the Registrar.
