The petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.08.2016 by local arrangement the petitioner has been shifted from dispensary in CM's House to District Hospital.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner was posted in the dispensary at CM's House vide order dated 30.07.2016, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Superintendent, District Hospital could not

-2have passed the order of local shifting.

The dispensary where the petitioner has been posted is within the jurisdiction of the civil surgeon. The petitioner has only been locally adjusted and it is not a case that his headquarter has changed. Therefore, it being a case of local adjustment. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter as neither affects the station of posting nor any other terms and conditions of service, transfer only being incident of service. 4.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
