1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 06/06/2019 sent by the Additional District Judge, Dhamtari for extension of time for final disposal of Civil Appeal No. 132-A/2004.

2. This Court vide order dated 01/03/2019 had granted time three months' time to learned Additional District Judge, Dhamtari to dispose of the Civil Appeal No. 132-A/2004, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by him to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of 30 days' is granted to learned Additional District Judge, Dhamtari to dispose of the said civil appeal by taking the trial on day-today basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
