(2) The applicant's first bail application is dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 17.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.851/2015.

(3) Having heard counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, second bail application is rejected.
