1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.321/2020, registered at Police Station Tamnar Dist- Raigarh C.G. for offence punishable under Section 420, 120-B of the IPC.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted as the certified copy of the bail rejection order has not been filed.
