1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief to direct respondents to grant him Time Scale Pay/Kramonnati.

3. The petitioner is a driver posted at Government Poultry Farm Department, Veterinary Services Sarkanda-Koni, Bilaspur.

4. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No.2 and the writ petition may be disposed off directing respondent No.2 that he may decide such representation within stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No. 2 within 10 days from the date of receipt of this order and respondent No.2, shall decide such representation filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and procedure.
