(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 64/2015 registered at Police Station Tarbahar, Distt. Bilaspur for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Examination Act, 2008.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 20.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3336/2015 (3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application.
