Though the case has been listed on default, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has now been complied with and this could not be brought to the notice of the Court when the case was listed earlier. Therefore, in these circumstances, the petitioner does not wish to press the contempt petition.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission and placing the same on record, Rule is discharged and the contempt petition is closed. In view of the above, no further steps are required to be taken by the Registry.
