Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 10.07.2019

1. The present MCC has been filed seeking extension of time to avail the statutory remedy.

2. This Court had disposed of writ petition i.e. WPS 828 of 2019 on 08.02.2019 granting two weeks time to the petitioner to prefer a revision. The MCC itself is being filed after more than 5 months, by which time all prescribed period of limitation must have got over for approaching the Revisional Authority.

3. In view of the same, this Court finds it difficult to entertain the MCC at this stage.

4. Accordingly, The MCC stands rejected, reserving the right of the applicant to avail other remedy open to him.
