Learned Counsel for Petitioner makes a limited prayer that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to decide the representation that the Petitioner has made subsequent to the rejection of his earlier representation which was rejected by a non-speaking order. 2.

The said limited prayer is not opposed by learned State Counsel. 3.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider and decide the representation of the Petitioner by a speaking order at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of representation.
