Admit.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged F.I.R. against the accused persons on 05.12.2018 which has been registered as crime No. 563/2018 at Police Station- Tikrapara, Raipur, for commission of offence under Sections 447 of the Indian Penal Code. It is also submitted that so far as there is no progress in the investigation that is being made by the respondent No.03. Therefore, this petition has been brought for issuance of an appropriate direction.

2. Learned counsel for the State opposes the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

-23. Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the documents.

4. After considering the submissions made by both the parties and also perusing the documents filed along with the petition, I feel inclined to dispose off this petition with these directions:- (a) Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are specifically directed to conclude the investigation within a period of three months, and (b) Submit a final report in this respect.
