Challenge in the present writ petition is to the charge-sheet issued to the Petitioner, dated 8.1.2016.

Counsel for the Petitioner at this juncture fairly submits that the Respondents have passed a final order of termination of services of the Petitioner, vide order dated 10.1.2017.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition challenging the chargesheet is rendered infructuous. The Petitioner now would have to challenge the subsequent development, that is the issuance of the order of termination, if he so wishes.
