1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has moved an application before the repsondent on 15/12/2016 applying for counter signature of the Regular Stage Carriage Permit granted in favour of the petitioner by the Regional Transport Authority, Jagdalpur, the matter has not been decided till date. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that hearing of the case has already been taken place on 04/03/2017.

3. Learned State counsel also do not dispute that the hearing has already taken place on 04/03/2017.

4. Considering that the hearing has already taken place on 04/03/2017, it is appropriate to finally dispose off the matter with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide petitioner's application at the earliest, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
