1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 904/2017, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 22.02.2017.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently he had removed the defaults, but because of the peremptory order the present writ petition has got dismissed.

3. For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed, subject to the petitioner's removing the defaults, if not till now removed, within a period of one week from today, the present MCC stands allowed and WPS No. 904/2017 stands restored to its original number.

4. No order as to costs.
