1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to various grounds, the petitioner has certain personal grounds and difficulties in proceeding to transfer.
2. In the absence of there being any ground of illegality or malafide, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. However, as per transfer policy that an employee is entitled to prefer a representation and if such representation is made, the same is required to be considered and decided by the competent authority, let a decision on petitioner's representation be taken
-2by the respondent authority within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
