Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery suit bearing No. 62B/2015 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is pending consideration before learned 6th Additional District Judge, Durg since 07/11/2015, which may be directed to be expedited, as there is no substantial progress in the trial.

2. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, learned 6th Additional District Judge, Durg is directed to consider and dispose of civil suit No. 62B/2015 preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands disposed of. No cost(s).

5. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court by e-mail/fax for needful and compliance.
