Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/01/2017 Despite repeated opportunities, the petitioner has not come with a specific stand even in the additional affidavit that all the post of Deputy Collector have been filled up. Therefore, for want of specific pleadings that all the post of Deputy Collector have been filled up after the interim order passed by this Court, I am not inclined to issue notice in this petition.
