Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/11/2016 Heard.

1. The petitioner's grievance is that though the petitioner preferred a representation against the transfer order as back as on 27.8.2016, submitted on 31st July, 2016, for consideration by the Committee constituted by the Govt. for consideration of representation against his transfer, till date, no decision has been taken on his representation. It is submitted that the petitioner was already relived on 4.8.2016.

2. As per the transfer policy, representation against the transfer order required to be considered. The Court can notice of the fact that the State has already constituted a Committee for consideration of representation against transfer order. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner should have been

-2considered and decided by now.

Accordingly, it is directed that if no order has been passed, let representation of the petitioner be decided by the State within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
